The Innovative AIO Titanium-Composite Diaphragm

At the core of the MiAoLo DIOS-1 lies the reimagined 10mm AIO dynamic driver. By using an advanced Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) multi-layer process, over 70 layers of a rugged titanium compound are integrated onto a PEEK substrate. This drastically elevates the structural rigidity of the diaphragm, mitigating harmful split vibrations (breakup modes). Triple Acoustic Chamber & Directional Simulation

To eliminate claustrophobic head-stages, the DIOS utilizes a Triple Acoustic Chamber structure within the driver chassis. This layout optimizes the linear airflow generated behind the diaphragm.
